Alliance Management (Executive Committee)

The Executive Committee of the Alliance consists of two elected co-chairs together with the chairs of the active subcommittees, and a Secretary-Treasurer. For 2008, members are Nick Jaynes and Helen Joyce, Co-Chairs, and Jocelyn Dodge (Recreation), Revonda Stordahl (Neighborhood Enhancement), Kriss Douglas (Environmental), and Dick Gibson (Historic Preservation). Cindy McIlveen (BSB Planning Dept.) is Secretary-Treasurer.

The Executive Committee focuses on Alliance-wide issues including By-Laws, public relations (including newspaper articles, newsletters, the web site, and other media issues), promotion to the public and to Commissioners and others within Butte-Silver Bow, Alliance-wide grant possibilities, and general outreach.

The Executive Committee also plans and schedules meetings of the full Alliance, and selects new members through an annual application process.
